On 1st July 1948, the company was incorporated as a private company under the name Li Wan Po & Cie. Ltée.

The company specializes in the distribution of fine foods, biscuits & chocolate confectioneries, beverages, wines & spirits, pastry & bakery, ingredients and maintenance products.
